Our client, global leader in the building materials sector, is currently seeking to immediately fill a Bilingual Customer Service Representative position. This is a great entry level position, and will allow the successful candidate to progress quickly in this multinational organization.
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative’s main responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients by responding to customer inquiries using a predefined resolution structure, documenting ongoing issues and following up with an appropriate resolution in a timely fashion to maintain the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities

Receive inbound phone calls and emails from employees and end-customers.

Documenting tickets and responding to inbound messages in a professional manner.

Communicate ticket resolution to appropriate customer contact and maintain ticket documentation.

Participate in training to continue to develop key functional and technical skills and improve business acumen
-
Escalate issues to Customer Support Specialists when necessary. Work with team to resolve and communicate resolutions to customer inquiries.

Identify and suggest process and system enhancements
Qualifications
-
Bilingual speaking and writing (French and English) required
-
Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years experience in finance and accounting
-
Skilled in Customer Service, including analyzing customer needs through soliciting, evaluating and acting upon customer feedback

Background/Experience of finance and accounting processes, preferably order to cash

At least 1 year experience in customer support/service environment

Team oriented
-
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to build relationships and rapport with business customers

Experienced in SAP or related ERP applications
