Our Client is an International Manufacture of Commercial Kitchen Equipment, and they have an immediate requirement for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
The main focus of this position is to be the primary point of contract between the company and their clients regarding new installations of their products.
Service, preventive maintenance and installation dispatch.
Liaison with customers, end users and other internal departments
Co-ordination of customer specific services and programs
Qualifications
- Fluently Bilingual in French & English
- Post Secondary Education
- 1 + Years experience within a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast paced, team approach environment
- Proven ability to lead customer/departmental special projects
- Must have demonstrated good organizational skills
