Bilingual Customer Support Representative - IMS Team

Our client, is a leader in the office solutions industry. Currently, they have a need for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative.
 

Key Role Responsibilities/Activities/Deliverables:

• Processing orders from all sources in Canada
• Be able to handle a moderate call volume of 20 – 25 calls per day
• Order Analysis
• E-mail correspondence
• Other tasks (as assigned)
 

Required Experience/Competencies/Education:

• Bilingual (English/French)
• Post secondary education
• Proven ability to work in a strong team environment
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and resolve complex issues independently
• Strong MS Office skills especially MS Excel
• Strong math skills
 

Highly Desired Experience/Competencies/Education:
 

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
