Our client, is a leader in the office solutions industry. Currently, they
have a need for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative.
Key Role Responsibilities/Activities/Deliverables:
Processing orders from all sources in Canada
Be able to handle a moderate call volume of 20 25 calls per day
Order Analysis
E-mail correspondence
Other tasks (as assigned)
Required Experience/Competencies/Education:
Bilingual (English/French)
Post secondary education
Proven ability to work in a strong team environment
Demonstrate the ability to multitask and resolve complex issues independently
Strong MS Office skills especially MS Excel
Strong math skills
Highly Desired Experience/Competencies/Education:
Previous experience in a similar role
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
