The bulk of their services are offered in two brand new state-of-the art digital printing facilities in Ottawa and Richmond Hill. They operate over 50 digitally networked print centers across the country and offer the widest array of end-to-end document management solutions available in the marketplace, including full security for clients who require Secret Document Processing or Document Protection services.

Bilingual Data Clerk – Order Fulfillment
(English/French)

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Data Clerk to support our print facility in Richmond Hill and the Greater Toronto Area. Reporting to the Manager of Order Fulfillment and Logistics, the main focus will be responsibility for the day to day signing data input for a major client.
 

Accountabilities:

• Utilizes signing software, MS office, adobe acrobat professional and/or desktop publishing software to input various types of signing
• Ensures data input is entered accurately and efficiently in accordance with departmental performance standards
• Selects, designs and form codes for sign layout and size based on line/item requirements
• Meets all input scheduled to allow printing & shipping to meet promotional event dates
• Proofs and corrects data input on-line
• Inputs and batches weekly additions and corrections to be added to weekly download
• Inputs and maintains signing data set for items in electronic signing database
• Continually works with team members to maximize efficiencies and provide required levels of support
• Participate in team meetings and provide ideas for improving departmental functions
• May develop sign formats on signing software
• Assists with reception relief coverage

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a data entry role
• Strong working knowledge of MS office applications
• Knowledge of Stylus sign software is an asset
• Excellent bilingual communication skills English/French (both written and oral)
• Excellent time management skills
• Tact, diplomacy and confidentiality are essential
• Strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated positive approach to daily problem solving
• Ability to be a member of a team and also to work independently
• Ability to secure and maintain a personnel security clearance through Public Works and Government Services Canada
