Our client is a family owned proudly Canadian company. Headquartered in
Brampton, our client manufactures, markets, and distributes quality tool
products to North American customers.
Having built its business on product quality, innovative new products, technical
expertise, marketing support and world-class service levels, they are currently
seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to continue their tradition
of excellence.
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative’s focus is to provide excellent and thorough customer service to all customers who fax, call or email our client, and to ensure customers will call our client first for all their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain superior relationships with customers and sales personnel
- Accurately process and expedite orders with main focus on Quebec accounts
- Answer Customer requests via phone or fax on availability of product, delivery times, pricing and product information
- Provide shipping information and trace shipments
- Process all warranty returns and replacements
- Provide Return Authorizations in accordance with company policy
- Investigate and prepare credits
- Filing and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and French, written and verbal
- Minimum of 2 years in an Order Entry/Customer Service Position in a fast-paced environment
- Team and customer focused
- Superior multi-tasking skills
- MS Office software proficiency
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work between 10am – 6pm with the flexibility to change shifts on an occasional basis if required
