Our client, integrates a diverse range of sales and marketing performance
services into seamless solutions tailored to the needs of their clients. They
have partnered with many of Canadas leading companies in the automotive,
financial services, healthcare, high-tech, telecommunications, hospitality, and
retail industries to improve the performance of their people and brands.
The main purpose of this position is to provide the highest quality customer
service to both internal and external customers. This full-time position reports
to the Contact Centre Manager.
Key Role Responsibilities/Activities/Deliverables:
Manage all internal and external customer calls/inquiries efficiently and
effectively.
Build customer relations through effective communication and resolution.
Manage all complaints professionally and efficiently to the satisfaction of
the internal or external customer.
Process all payments and approvals.
Process all online order entries with accuracy and efficiency.
Process all online program enrollments with accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct random telemarketing calls with professionalism and accuracy.
Manage role responsibilities within / to Quality Management System (QMS).
Required Experience/Competencies/Education:
Strong keyboarding skills.
A professional telephone manner.
Effective communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and
French.
2-3 years' customer service experience in an office environment.
A professional work ethic.
A team player attitude and are able to work independently when required.
A strong attention to details and the highest standards of client service.
The ability to work under tight timelines in a fast paced environment and
manage multiple projects at the same time.
Strong investigative and problem solving skills.
