Our Client is a national industry association and they are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and even-tempered person to process and respond to consumer complaints about advertising.

The Bilingual Advertising Standards Coordinator enters complaints, responds in writing to advertisers and complainants, handles inquires from consumers and advertisers about the complaint process, organizes and coordinates meetings of the councils that rule on complaints.

You will ensure that consumer complaints are handled in an efficient, timely and courteous manner.

Other duties include liaising with their Montreal office, file handling, providing administrative support to the Vice President, and performing other office related administrative tasks. 

Qualifications

  • Fluently Bilingual in French and English
  • University or College Degree is required.
  • Candidates must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, have extreme attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, good writing skills.
  • Customer service and have administrative experience.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, data entry) 
  • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, meet deadlines, and have a positive attitude.
