Our Client is one of the largest Buying Groups in the Canada, and they have an immediate requirement for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant.
The primary focus of this role is to handle the administrative duties within the defined departments.
Working with suppliers to obtain product images and specifications
Creating newsletters from material given to them.
Working with the press to ensure all required information has been provided to the agency.
Working with accounting department on members/supplier invoices
Updating and maintaining vendor lists.
Running reports as necessary.
Posting member bulletins
Helping to create some procedural documentation
Working on PowerPoint presentations
Manipulation of excel spreadsheets.
Qualifications
Positive attitude is required.
Strong attention to detail.
Fast learner.
Team player and ability to work independently.
Willingness to execute all duties to precision.
Demonstrates a commitment to bettering the organization.
Proficient computer abilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Internet).
