Our client, is a leader in providing real estate services. Currently, they are looking for a Bilingual Accommodation Services Consultant to join their growing team.
 

Key Role Responsibilities/Activities/Deliverables:

• Communication/Interaction with others – independently responds to routine enquiries and most non-routine requests within the scope of the role and escalates as required.
• Customer Focus & Innovation – recommends process changes and/or improvements, including documentation and client reporting procedures in own role (i.e., report cards, scorecards).
• Problem Resolution & Decision-Making – demonstrates clear understanding of client issues and problems, making decisions by interpreting policies/practices and by using technical knowledge and expertise to ensure client satisfaction.
• Leadership & Development – develops and maintains awareness of business knowledge and organizational issues that may impact client delivery services.
• Booking of corporate housing placements.
• Payment of corporate housing supplier invoices.
• Tracking, monitoring of bookings, corporate housing revenues and outstanding referrals.
• Invoicing Corporate Housing Referrals to clients and suppliers.
• New file system set up. (i.e. Attaching team members, assigning work on a rotational basis or in most suitable fashion to service needs of clients and relocating employees).
• Act as a resource to support team objectives for service, cost, client retention and/or team productivity.
• Other tasks, duties, special projects assigned by Team Lead.
• Source out new temporary accommodation suppliers across Canada as required.
 

Required Experience/Competencies/Education:

• Bilingual (English/French).
• Strong computer proficiency in Windows – MS Office.
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong planning and Organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload daily.
• Excellent administrative skills and record keeping.
• Self-starter team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
 

Highly Desired Experience/Competencies/Education:

• Relocation Real Estate experience is an asset.
• College/University degree is an asset.
