Our Client is an International Medical Corporation, and they have an immediate requirement for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. 

The primary focus of this role is to provide optimum support, information, and service to external and internal customers. 

Order entry

Dispatching of field service technicians:

Generates reports from field service system to identify technician results

Makes recommendations to improve process of technician dispatching and technical support.

Liaises with Customer Service in the U.S. to offer complete and timely information to     customers.

Initiates returns and credits.

Resolves all customer complaints and inquiries.

Prepares and provides daily, weekly, and monthly statistical information for reporting purposes utilizing various computer modules/programs to ensure appropriate and accurate documentation and data report occurs.

Qualifications

Fluently Bilingual in French and English

Minimum 2 years experience within similar Customer Service Environment

Proven dedication to providing optimum customer satisfaction. 

Strong leadership, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, computer experience

Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and analytical skills also required.

Excellent computer skills
