Our Client is a mid sized, entrepreneurial software development firm, who specializes in the Home Services Industry. They have an immediate requirement for a like minded individual for a Bilingual Business Support Representative position.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Bilingual Business Support Representative works closely with the Senior Business Support Specialist. This role will maintain various systems for customers.
Key Role Responsibilities and Activities
- Create and maintain user accounts on each system, ensuring the correct level of appropriate access has been granted
- Addition of several users during the busy season (efficiency and accuracy is essential)
- Liaise with the training department to ensure the users have been trained and signed necessary paperwork prior to being activated in the system.
- Set up of various customer locations/stores/warehouses as required
- Associate such locations with their correct users/services/products – add/update/remove as requested. (accuracy is extremely essential)
- Respond to user emails regarding system issues or questions
- Process daily user/support requests
- Provide basic technical support to users having problem using the system
Required Experience and Education
- Fluently Bilingual in French and English
- University Degree or College Diploma
- Basic knowledge of web browsers and internet application functions
- Excellent customer service and customer handling skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
Highly Desired Experience and Education
- Highly degree accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and within deadlines
- Available to provide after hours support when required
- Ability to learn different systems or processes
- Ability to support wide user base at any level of computer knowledge
- Excellent telephone skills
- Strong client-oriented business service skills
