Our client, a global consumer electronics and appliance manufacturer, is currently seeking to immediately fill a Bilingual Order Desk Representative position. This is a challenging and diverse position in which the successful candidate will be working in close collaboration with various departments of the company, as well as interacting with the company’s clients (which are different types of retailers).
Our client is looking for a highly adaptable, detail-oriented professional with polished communication skills and excellent organization. This excellent opportunity includes full benefits and more!
Responsibilities:
- Enter orders for Quebec, Maritimes and Major clients in the computerized systems
- Maintaining and organizing orders to ensure timely service
- Contacting dealers and sales representatives regarding order status and estimated time of arrivals
- Communicating with the credit and logistics departments to expedite orders
- Creating back order reports for major accounts and getting back to them with estimated time of arrivals on a weekly basis
- Processing credits relating to price adjustment, freight charges, GST, etc.
- Processing good set returns
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French, oral and written
- 2 or more years performing order entry/management
- Post secondary education preferred
- Solid customer service experience
