Our client, is a leader in the insurance field. Currently, they are looking
for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join their Travel Insurance
team.
Key Role Responsibilities/Activities/Deliverables:
This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and an effective telephone manner to handle calls from Travel Agents and individual customers.
Required Experience/Competencies/Education:
Working knowledge about travel insurance products and services.
Positive and team oriented individual.
Aptitude for interacting with the public and working in a service-oriented
environment.
Must be able to work shifts.
Fluency in English and French is required.
Minimum Grade 12 with excellent language and grammar skills.
Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good time management skills with ability to handle a high volume of activity
and work with minimum anxiety.
Detail oriented with ability to work independently with little supervision.
Strong, keyboard and PC skills are required in Windows, Microsoft Office
Package (Word, Excel)
Operate other office equipment, fax, photocopier, voice mail, etc.
