Our Client is an International Translation Corporation, and they have an immediate requirement in their Canadian Office for a Bilingual Administration Assistant.

The primary focus of this position will be to perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, processing invoices and expense forms, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and conference calls etc.,

Provide support administering personnel matters

Sort, distribute and determine action on all incoming mail; ensure distribution of outgoing mail, including all courier requests.

Qualifications

  • Fluently Bilingual in French and English
  • University/college graduate
  • 1 + year(s) experience within a related position
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Multi-task and detail oriented
  • Professional, enthusiastic, dependable, flexible
