Our Client is an International Translation Corporation, and they have an immediate requirement in their Canadian Office for a Bilingual Account Manager.

The primary focus of this position will be to identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus sales activities.

Develop new clients via cold calling, the Internet, and trade shows.

Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of thei services.

In coordination with Managing Director, identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.

Promote and educate clients regarding the companies’ services.

Provide customer support; manage client expectations in conjunction with the Production Management Team.

Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Fluently Bilingual in French and English
  • University/college graduate
  • 1 + year(s) experience within a related position
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management
  • Customer Support Experience
