Currently, they have a need for a Bilingual Call Centre Representative – Customer Information Centre.
 

Job Summary:
 

Our client’s Customer Information Centre (CIC) is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Professional. Their CIC group is integral in their goal to deliver the best customer experience. The Customer Service Agents provide resolution to service related matters along with providing detailed product information/specifications to their customers. All interactions with their customers are to exceed expectations in responsiveness, delivery and completeness.
 

Key Role Responsibilities/Activities/Deliverables:
 

• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in accordance with company core values via phone, letter, fax and email.
• Ensure timely follow up with all customers.
• Liaise with company service and marketing groups to ensure customers are being provided solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure escalated customer issues are handled and resolved swiftly.
• Keep up to date on new products, feature sets, policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all customer interactions.
 

Required Experience/Competencies/Education:
 

• Fluent in both English and French.
• 2-3 years experience in a call centre environment.
• Strong written and verbal skills in both languages.
• Must be able to work within a rotating shift environment.
• Detail oriented while being committed to timely resolutions for our customers.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• High tolerance for a fast paced demanding environment.
• Superb "team player".
• Proficient in a MS Office environment (Word and Excel).
 

Highly Desired Experience/Competencies/Education:
 

• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
