Our client, a highly integrated manufacturer of consumer and industrial energy control products and is currently seeking to immediately fill a Bilingual Customer Service Representative position. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative ensures customer satisfaction to both internal and external clients, working with the distributors as well as the end users.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, entering and following up on telephone and fax orders in the computerized systems.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests (product, pricing, and availability information) primarily via telephone as well as email and other forms of written communication.
- Providing help to end user calls
- Working with various departments to support customers and agents efficiently (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Distribution and others)
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French, both oral and written
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.
- MS Office proficiency (intermediate Excel) and AS/400
- Ability to work independently, under minimum supervision.
- Must be able to exercise judgment independently on the best ways to complete all tasks and responsibilities assigned.
- Excellent verbal/written, interpersonal skills, time-management, organizational skills and attention to details are essentials.
