Our client, is a leader in manufacturing office machine product lines such as
photocopiers and printers. Their continued success and commitment to customer
satisfaction has created an excellent opportunity for a Bilingual Employee
Support Centre Associate.
Reporting to the Manager, the Employee Service Representative will perform
payroll processing, validation and analysis of SAP HR transactions, ADP Pay
Specialist payroll transactions, as well as processing to the SAP Financial
system. The position will also support the Employee Support Centre team in the
resolution of incoming employee queries regarding Payroll, HR policies,
Benefits, RRSP/Pension and assisting clients with on-line transactions.
Key Role Responsibilities/Activities/Deliverables:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Capacity to exercise extreme discretion with sensitive and confidential
information.
Familiarity with the functionality and navigation of multiple systems and
databases.
Dedicated to a high-level of customer service.
Capacity to multi-task and work effectively within time and resource
constraints.
Strong work ethic with a high level of accountability/responsibility.
Required Experience/Competencies/Education:
Canadian Payroll Association Designation or combination of
experience/education.
Payroll Experience ADP Pay Specialist.
Human Resources and/or Benefit Administration experience.
Thorough understanding of payroll practices, Federal and Provincial
legislation.
Solid understanding of SAP HR required.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, probe, analyze and problem solve complex
payroll issues.
Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of software applications and PC hardware.
Bilingual skills (English/French).
