Bilingual Junior Recruiter – Break into Human Resources
This is the opportunity for you to break into the Human Resources, within an energetic, dynamic, forward focused group of like minded HR professionals who are currently re-writing the book.
Our Client is the world’s largest and most respected provider of metal based technologies, and they are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Junior Recruiter.
The primary focus of this position is to assist with the planning, facilitate, co-ordinate and implement recruitment and selection activities, including applicant screening, interviewing, background checks and references.
Responsibilities and Activities
- Assist with the development of job descriptions/job postings on the basis of need for recruitment initiatives.
- Assist with the co-ordination of internal/external advertisements, including maintaining a high volume of posting on multiple websites
- Maintain spreadsheet and weekly recruitment report
- Assist with the prepare of offer letters,
- Ensure the highest quality of HR support is provided to facilitate optimum staffing throughout the organization.
- Ensure recruitment and selection of candidates is conducted in accordance with industry standards and internal needs.
Required Experiences and Competencies
- Fluently Bilingual in French and English
- Post Secondary Education
- Desire, drive and interest in Human Resources
Highly Desired Experiences and Competencies
- Completion or enrolment within a HR Program
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication
