As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will maintain superior customer service to their national agents and customers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to agent and customer queries on pricing and product related issues
- Process transport orders and customer orders, open and maintain accounts
- Process customer credits and stock adjustments
- Set and review stock levels
- Continual thought to enhance current processes and procedures
- Assist or participate on any special projects assigned by management.
Required Experience and Education
- Fluently Bilingual in English and French
- Post Secondary Education
- Customer Service or Sales Experience
- Proficient in computers within the Microsoft realm
Highly Desired Experience and Education
- Excellent communication skills with a superior telephone manner
- Inside Sales experience in retail industrial gas environment is a strong asset
- Superior organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a group
- Experience with SAP is an asset
