Our Client, a very stable corporation, has an immediate requirement for a strong Bilingual Administrative Assistant.
The focus of this role is to support the Account Manager in managing the day to day administrative functions for specific clients.
Create PowerPoint presentations for new products and programs
Create launch or promotional memos
Update product listing forms and order forms
Coordinate meetings or conference
Coordinate launches & merchandise home requirements
Request and follow up on marketing materials developed by AM for accounts
Generate and monitor specific product performances
Generate account specific reports as required
Generate sales reports
Communicate launch kit requirements or launching details for the product/programs, launch date and shipping details to Merchant Services
Resolve escalated customer service calls
Coordinate and prepare various items for trade shows.
Qualification
Fluently Bilingual in French and English
Post Secondary Education with related field
1 + Years within related customer service or administration role
Experience with working within a sales department is an asset
